*Our testing device and cable are provided at no additional cost for as long as your subscription remains active. If the device malfunctions and cannot be repaired remotely, we’ll send you a replacement. If you choose not to renew your subscription, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the equipment. A $155 termination fee will be charged only if the equipment is not returned.
